Items ship via the USPS in 3-4 business days from the time of processing. Please let us know if you require rush shipping and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Returns & exchanges

Ms. DuMont creates a beautiful product that is meticulously constructed. We hope you love your order and it meets or even exceeds your expectations. It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product, please contact the Ms. DuMont studio to let us know you are returning an item and then return it within 7 days after the order is received in the original or similar packaging. 

We do not refund merchandise that has been used, damaged or is otherwise non-salable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We may make such a determination based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it is returned to us. This includes returned items that have been exposed to aftershave, perfumes or laundry scents and pet hair. We pride ourselves in being a scent free and pet free shop to provide the most allergy free products possible for all of our customers.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on sale items, custom order items or personalized items. All sales are final for items purchased at craft shows or events.

The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please include a copy of your receipt. For your protection, please return your order with an insured trackable courier. Once the tracking number is obtained please e-mail the number to Ms. DuMont. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit when shipping back to the Ms. DuMont studio.

If you are returning your order for a refund, prompt refunds will be credited once the item is received by the Ms. DuMont studio, minus any shipping charges and minus a 10% restocking fee or a store credit for the purchase price of the item if purchased online. Please see below for our craft fair and market place policy.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When exchanging an item for another, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges.

Craft Fair Purchases

We are unable to refund or exchange merchandise purchases made at craft fairs or trade shows. All sales are final. Please choose carefully. Your satisfaction is important to us, so please let us know if there is a problem with your item.

Custom Orders

Custom orders take 4-12 weeks to complete and ship depending on the complexity of the request. Custom orders require payment in full plus a 10% custom fee and shipping. Please note that there are no returns on custom orders.
